Refused to give me an emergency prescription from 111. For a salbutamol inhaler as mine just ran out. Last time a pharmacy didn't sort out my prescription I ended up in an induced coma on the 5th Jan 2022. Explained this to them still no joy. But then said I had to buy one. I don't pay for prescriptions due to my health. This pharmacy is operated by thieves preying on the vulnerable. Totally disgusted in their service. I've only given a star because I had to they don't even deserve that.

I have just started using this pharmacy for blister pack and complex meds. They?ve provided an outstanding service including evening delivery. Highly recommend

I have read some very negative reviews about this pharmacy and have to strongly disagree. They have made life so much easier for an elderly man who is housebound and been very ill by agreeing to put his medication in a blister pack ( which his previous pharmacy refused to do). Yes sometimes you can?t get an answer straight away but it is a pharmacy and they are extremely busy, I had a query this evening and spoke to one of the team at the shop and she was so helpful and had a lovely manner. I?m more than happy with their service.

Just wanted to say how extremely unprofessional it is to have a child running around the back of a pharmacy when it is a place of work and tablets ect are kept!! The service is unacceptable and im very unhappy with what i witnessed today. I will 100% be changing pharmacy as this was disgraceful!

Staff don?t communicate with each other. Medication is always missing. The phone is never answered. I have seen the reception tell another member of staff to silence a call. They close early frequently. She says if it?s not on my screen it?s no where in the country?. But every other pharmacy can find it! Its not on the spine either? I provide bar code for the spine? oh yes we have it they must have only just released it? yet I?m at the pharmacy that originally had it looking at the date and time of release which was over a week ago. Either staff do not know what they?re doing or the computer system needs up dating. This is not an isolated event there are issues every single visit. Its a shame as Paul is lovely and very efficient but when he?s not there it?s total chaos. I?ve changed pharmacies because of this but now only go there for one item as i cant get it anywhere else and still have nothing but trouble for one item. I don?t have these issues anywhere else. Every time i go there?s always a queue of unhappy people who are also having problems.

My wife phoned the pharmacy yesterday between 5pm and 8.30pm,no answer so finally gave up, phoned this morning between 7am and finally spoke to someone at 9.30am,atrocious service,they said they were short staffed but that is just not acceptable, treat your customers with contempt and soon you'll have no customers left!

After moving home we sadly moved pharmacies after no problems over the years. Due to our new local late night pharmacy blatantly refusing to help on many occasions enough was enough. We were due to go on holiday and Appleton helped dispense my medication last minute due to gp mix up, were my old pharmacy not only refused to dispense and told me it was not possible on the system they all use.Thanks to everyone at Appleton always polite and always helpful and nothing is too much to ask.

Took my 3 year old daughter in this morning and asked for Paul to look at her eye. He couldn?t have been more helpful and kind. Hopefully they realise how much easier they just made my day. People don?t always come in with isolated problems and they are one of the few places around here that appreciate that. Really nice people
