UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE 1 THE PHONE RINGS OUT OR THEY CUT YOU OFF 2 THE PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT READY AND OR SOME ITEMS MISSING DESPITE BEING ORDERED SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE 3 I HAVE SEEN VERY OLD PEOPLE WHO HAVE WALKED TO THE CHEMIST BEING TOLD TO COME BACK IN 2 HOURS AS THE PHARMACIST IS ON A DINNER BREAK AND THE DRUGS ARE LOCKED IN A CUPBOARD

Awful. Never have prescriptions ready and never have the medication in. You arrive to pick up a prescription 3 days after it was sent and they tell you they haven't ordered the medication in and tell you to either wait a few days or go to a different pharmacy.

Really bad service. Went in today and it took about 6 minutes just for someone to come over and the shop was empty. Not even a ?hi I?ll be with you in a second?, the staff at the top section just stood there having a chin wag, then another lady had to come out to serve me. (The lady that served me was really lovely though) we then sat for 20 mins waiting and then someone called my name. So I went over to the pay counter, and waited, and waited. So I then said out loud, has someone just called me , where is the prescription?? then a miserable lady behind the pharmacist section pops her head up and says yeah what?s your name. Only at that point do I get served. Unorganised , shocking service.

Tried to call a head of going but phone was picked up and put down. Very, Very poor service ! I went 3 days after my script was sent to them , told it wasn't done and if I wanted to wait. Pharmacist present at this time. I advised I'll wait as I can't come back later and need it over the weekend. I then heard the lady on reception telling the Pharmacist to go on her break before she had checked my medication ! I was then told I'll be waiting at least 30mins . This is an actually a joke! Professionalism is none existent she then said to me again do you want to pop back for it and I said no I told you I need to wait ! Very poor service

Similar to other experiences, already called twice to queuing out the door, unable to wait so will have to try a third time. An auntie waited for an hour to be told they didn?t have her prescription in stock.

What is wrong with this pharmacy, can never get through on the phone, turned up to pick up my prescription after receiving a message it was ready, but they were unable to find it. I had to re-order, turned up again and they closed the doors and turned the lights off at 12.15 pm. Do they not realise people need their prescriptions and we expect much better service.

Not been to the chemist since the spring of this year. The service seems to be very disorganised, very low stock, huge queues and having to wait till the next day for prescriptions to be fulfilled.
Went to another chemist and I was served and recieved my medication in less than 10 mins.

Similar experience to most of the other reviews on here, absolutely terrible service at this pharmacy. Completely disorganised & incompetent staff. Repeatedly get the order wrong, missing items & items supposedly ordered but then don?t turn up. Consistently asked to come back as it?s not ready, you come back & join the huge queue, again.
Sort yourselves out Well Pharmacy - you?re a joke that?s not funny.

Never answer a phone call when it's ringing, then the next time you call it's busy forever. Not good when you need some medical information from certain patients.

Disgraceful! Locking the door at 5.45 when they are supposed to be open until 6.15 lied about closing time. My script was due to be delivered yesterday! They refused me entry because they said they couldn?t cope with the customers already inside! I?m on controlled meds and ran out today. Can?t have my meds till Monday. Second month in a row that my delivery hasn?t arrived. You can?t mess with controlled drugs, extremely unprofessional on their part. They offered to return my script to the spine so I could go elsewhere, I?ve just had a hip replacement surgery and am full time carer to my adult daughter and son who are both autistic. I explained this, I cannot drive and there are no other chemists in walking distance, but NO !! Come back on Monday. Totally unacceptable

This pharmacy is an absolute disgrace and isn't even worth the 1 star. I waited over an hour last month to then be told they would need to owe me and to come back in a week went back 1 week later to wait another hour as it hadn't been done. This month I received the text to say it was ready, got there to find out it wasn't ready waited 45mins to be told they'll need to owe me and it would be there the next morning (sat), went saturday morning and it was shut, went Tuesday waited 30mins to even be seen to then be told it hadn't been done again and that they had no tablets, the woman promised she would order them and do it first thing in the morning. Went today to get it and it hadn't been done again so had to wait and yet again they don't have enough to give me, when I asked for an explanation as the tablets had been ordered last night for me specifically I was told that they had been used for someone else and they would order more and I could collect tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I should not have to go 5 times to a pharmacy to get the medication that was supposedly ready for me to collect. I will no longer use this pharmacy and have put an official complaint in.
