worst pharmacy in warrington, staff en professional, manager rude behaviour and too much attitude, last one year have so many problems with this pharmacy, I don't change because near my home but now I going to change pharmacy, even district nurses told me about this pharmacy is worst.

I have to say I've sprained my arm very badly & it's so painful. I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first. Nice people should be made aware & let know

Took a trip to capsthorne road pharmacy as I desperately needed medication I?m now on day 5 without my antidepressants I am now very very poorly, because they wasn?t open over Easter weekend and I could only collect them well today, I go to the door, it was locked and on the door said something about them waiting for a pharmacist sorry for the inconvenience?I?m sorry? I?ve seen elderly stand outside this pharmacy waiting! For one them to open on the right time! Two wait for them to have an excuse to stick on the door when quite clearly there are other staff fannying around with medication! I have no choice but to choose this pharmacy for my medication because I cannot walk far because of fibro! I?m autistic/ADHD and to ring them is a different story!

Prescriptions are never ready you are meant to get a text but it never happens and they won't even answer the phone so you can check terrible service

Always something! No pharmacist never ever open on time. Staff are rude! They just ignore that you're waiting! Just carry on chatting Never inform you of what's going on!!! Phone is always off the hook!!

This place never accepts responsibility for errors they make with people's pescriptions. When a paper script is handed over to you it's your responsibility to deal with, not send it off elsewhere. Do not blame the customer, or ask them to go find it, cause your too busy. Not my problem, if you handled the script correctly in the first place you wouldnt have to be dealing with basic handeling errors. God help the vulnerable

Why are prescriptions never ready? My GP can send my regular non urgent prescription over on a Monday, I can go in the following Friday to collect it and apparently 'Its only just come through ' and I'll have to come back the next day.
I wasn't too bothered about this until I was really unwell today and needed an urgent course of antibiotics, my GP sent it over immediately but 3 hours later it still wasn't ready, I could see the boxes of the medication in the correct doage and correct number right there on the shelf but was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. I've had to tell them to print off the script and I'll go elsewhere. Will not be going back.
Changing my pharmacy as of now
