I agree with everyone it does frustrate you not everyone can get out to go shops chemist etc people who cant get out relay on them picking phone up but to be ringing all day and just putting phone on engaged then ring then cut of would make anyone more unwell after been ringing all day an putting phone down on you it's called well pharmacy I dont feel well when I've been trying all day get through if this carrys on I started low dose for depression tablets now I'm on highest I go mad when they can put phone down on you think of people who cant walk in shop but if you never answer phone how am I going get my tablets delevered they be on shelf for months cause I'm still trying ring to get through

Absolutely appauling service, been ringing all day but no answer, shouldn't be a shock really as this pharmacy is the worse and will be moving to another. Can't be any worse!!!!!

Think it?s under new ownership gone very worse don?t open at 9 am like it?s says it does done put aanything up on window say why or what time will be waited over 4weeks to get my sons prescription and they still not done itNo winded loads are giving one star

Went in with a prescription request for antibiotics at lunchtime for my 3year old was told it had not come through but she would keep checking and when it was ready I would receive a message to collect. Waited till 3pm so started to ring them to ask if it was ready I rang 10 times with no answer. Went into pharmacy there was one lady infront of me. When I asked for the prescription she then went to look on computer to see if it was ready I explained what the other lady has said to me earlier I then said I have rang 10 times to see if it was ready I then asked if there was a problem with the phones she said no they are really busy and didn?t have time to answer it. I then stated the obvious which was there was nobody in there but me and one lady infront of me . She said I was cheeky and they were busy in the back. The lady I had spoken to earlier then came out the back and said the prescription had still not come through. However, when she went on the computer she said it?s just come through now which is very hard to believe. The staff who work here are unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and do not care if you have a sick child waiting for mediation I would never take a prescription here again

Very poor service. Can take up to 11 days to get your prescriptions ready and absolutely no chance of them answering phone to you. Really poor service

Refused to prescribe my daughter antibiotics for throat infection after being sent there by 111 and showing clear signs of the infection , instead was far more intrested trying to up sell difflam spray.

Why are prescriptions never ready? My GP can send my regular non urgent prescription over on a Monday, I can go in the following Friday to collect it and apparently 'Its only just come through ' and I'll have to come back the next day.I wasn't too bothered about this until I was really unwell today and needed an urgent course of antibiotics, my GP sent it over immediately but 3 hours later it still wasn't ready, I could see the boxes of the medication in the correct doage and correct number right there on the shelf but was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. I've had to tell them to print off the script and I'll go elsewhere. Will not be going back.Changing my pharmacy as of now
