WHATS THE POINT IN HAVING A PHONE IF YOU AINT GOING TO ANSWER IT. Ignorant ive been trying to get them to return my perscription so the correct pharmacy can sort it for me and all theyve done is IGNORE THEIR PHONE. This pharmacy needs sorting and they need to stop being ignorant to their customers. Disgusting

Worse pharmacy. Called 111 yesterday for a throat problem and I struggled to swallow. They sent me here as I was working nearby and said they sent info to the pharmacy. Got there and lady serving said pharmacist was on lunch. 10 mins later I saw pharmacist leaving consultation room after finishing her lunch. So I asked lady at the till again..oh she's still on a break when I could clearly see her working. Pharmacist eventually bothered to show her face and showed me into room and said couldn't find referral. She didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing and said I prob need to register you first and gave me a piece of paper to put my details down and left again?!? So I left and went elsewhere. No etiquette or manners or any duty of care. This woman needs to find a different career

Before Christmas the service was not good and I was considering moving where my prescriptions were sent but my last two repeat prescriptions have been ready within the expected timeframe. Whatever was causing the delays appears to have been resolved.

I?m not leaving this review in anyway to be nasty or offend the staff, but because I want you to address the service that you offer here. If it?s a shortage of staff then please look at getting more staff to run the main front desk/till. Each and every time I have ever ordered anything even after days it?s never ready, the amount of people within the shop lining up and waiting is always huge. Last time I went in for my pre ordered prescription which should have been availabile for me to collect the day before there was 7 people ahead of me each one of them except the last lady directly in front of me was bringinb something back becaue it was either wrong or something missing. The lady who serves with the dark hair is lovely and friendly but there is no urgency or speed when she is dealing with you. Please can you look at improving this service because it?s so hard not get frustrated with how it is right now

Never answer the phone, always a disgusting smell of food, ( I don't mean from surrounding shops) within the chemist, takes forever to get your regular prescription, never used to be this way, need to buck up your ideas

The first time I used the pharmacy yesterday "Pauline Nolan " (I asked for it before leaving)her attitude is vile, I video the conversion it was that bad I said I didn't like the way I was treated she replied "it takes one to know one " I have a terrible chest infection and can hardly breathe , and this is there attitude. Had to click a star as it wouldn't let me post , no stars are good enough

Waste of Space, and couldn't organise a p@@ up in a brewery.Staff are rude (thats when they can actually be bothered to serve you of course). Prescription that was sent to then by Doctors over a week ago, still wasn't made up which meant I had to stand around for over 30 mins whilst they got to it.Wont be using this again

Horrendous, rude staff,never answer te phone,can't find out if prescription is ready or being delivered,Doc put it through but it Can take a week to 10 days before you get it,BUT ITS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE EVER THATS THE REAL INSULT TO THE PUBLIC,

Awful service! I've been trying to get through for over 3 hours and although the phone is ringing no one is picking up. I usually have my medication delivered but this was a special request for antibiotics and as i didnt know if they had received it or if it was to be delivered or collected i thought I'd better call first, what a waste of a morning and as i am feeling dreadful i didnt relish having to go out, but i don't have much choice now. So frustrating for me and so unprofessional of them to treat patients with care needs in such an unfeeling manor
