You think opening an account would be pretty easy. Not with tsb it's not. It's takes half and hour to answer the phone and when they do they hang up. You go to the branch it's self as instructed and your fobbed off. The account has been open for 3 days by day 2 I wanted to close the account before even using it. And even that they won't do.
Day5 fobbed off in branch by the same gent that fobbed me off on Saturday. Had he of looked the numbers was on the back of the 2nd letter within date. Just get the impression he's doing it on purpose.
Woohoo they finally close the application, so my review is 1star is 1 star to many avoid this bank

My mum passed away and this was her bank. I had to sort her finances out and arrange payment for mum's funeral. A lady named Melanie attended to me, she was very professional and sorted everything out with no fuss, she was also very compassionate and understanding of my situation. Thank you so very much for all your help and understanding.

Really helpful staff friendly helpful my mum when my Dad passed away with there accounts..but sadly they no longer open on Saturday when my brother and me used to take mum in because of our working week...but this isn't the staffs decision.

So last night I go to the atm to withdraw £200 and very foolishly grab my card and forget my cash, a couple of minutes later i realise and go back to the cash machine and it's not there so i find a member of staff in the shop and they check the CCTV and tell me it went back into the machine and it still shown as a withdrawal so today i contacted the branch and told them the problem and a few hours later i get a phone call saying they've sorted it and the money is back in my account.Very helpful and understanding staff.

The pandemic caused kaos as the tsb knows lost other branches in Warrington makes it impossible to get to town most of the time so Saturday is the best time to go up on getting to town the branch is now shut on Saturdays how can a bank shut local busy branches down and shut on Saturdays it's beyond belief.Il be looking to join a be new bank in the future you can't run a business like this
