People complaining ? I don't understand. It's basic YES but it was clean and tidy. It was perfect for a night's stay as I had a early start the next morning. Shower, television and bed. Perfect for such a cheap night. I have no complaints at all. I did book the wrong date by accident but the lovely lady (with the lovely lashes) sorted us out in no time.
Lovely hotel and if I have to come again I will definitely book here. Thankyou x

Very friendly welcome from the staff. Special shout out to Ashleigh (I think that?s their name), who helped me with my parking issue. Great location, close to town. Beds were really comfortable, quiet rooms, bath and shower were great, everything clean and as it should be. Thank you stayed 13/09/25

The only positive was the central location, but as a young female I felt very unsafe?the door lock didn?t feel secure, and I barely slept. The heater and shower hardly worked, there were no basic amenities like a fridge or safe, no bar or restaurant, the view was poor, and the room was noisy all night. The receptionist was also unfriendly.

Nice room but Jesus Christ the heat!!!
I?ve literally just had to take a cold shower. The heat and humidity in the room is unbearable.a fan which does nothing, windows which make you feel like your in a prison as they got chains on them to stop them opening and don?t let me start with the bathroom mirror! Nice mirror but it gives off more than a radiator. Sumin is defo up with that thing! Seriously room 218.. if I was staying here more than one night then I would have gone..anyways on the positive note there ain?t one. Actually AIR CON!!!

Ok rooms, rooms are hot as hell. You get a fan but it's not even cooling it down much.
Great location next to a shopping centre and the city centre.
Parking cost a £5 a day witch is a extra cost and only book at max 4 days.
Staff are really friendly, they help you out as much as they can. Especially Jade

Soundproof very bad ,bathroom don't have hand wash and door no lock ,too many spiders inside the room ,some light buds wasn't working,shower water cold,mattress had hole not comfortable, carpet had ?, night staff not friendly, day staff very nice

Stayed here for Neighbourhood weekender. Hotel itself is pretty average but the staff really made an effort for this event and were really helpful. They had complimentary sweets, drinks and snacks in reception and there was someone in reception doing free festival make up on both days which was fab. I would definitely stay here again for any event in the area. Great location and close to station/stadium/shops etc.

Fairly central location, easy access to Warrington town centre.
The hotel itself is in need of some TLC, both external and internal.
Rooms were OK, although a little grubby & and no hand-wash in the bathroom.
Parking is available but charged at extra.
Staff freindly.
