Went to timpsons to get a few links taken out my boyfriends watch and the employee with long hair lost the pin and said he couldn?t take all the links I needed out, broke the watch and now I?m down £150 not happy will not be returning again!

Went in to timpson in Sainsbury's on church street Warrington to ask if it would be possible for them to cut me a copy of my car key onto a key I purchased myself, on asking the question all I got for a reply was NO, stood for a second and had to ask why this was, he said (with attitude) if you don't buy the key off my wall I ain't touching it, then continued to ignore me, no info on the cost of buying the key from HIS wall or anything else, seriously needs to work on his customer service skills as obviously lacked any at all, safe to say I won't be going back and I'll be taking my business elsewhere, never expected such rude staff to work there

I visited this establishment on a recent Friday to have several spare keys made, including a replacement for my partner's broken car key. The service provided by the gentleman there, I believe his name was Adam, was exemplary. He was not only efficient in completing the task but also exceedingly friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services and plan to return for any future key-making needs.

Went in and asked for a replacement car fob battery. £18+ to fit so I said I would fit myself. The gentleman who wasn?t pleased with me gave me two batteries which were totally unfit for purpose and had probably been used already, not in packaging just loose. Incorrect size to fit my fob and charged me £5. Since buying the correct batteries I now see how they should be packaged. Photo included. Total rip off , very dissatisfied ?

Excellent service-two suits cleaned at a reasonable price, ready when advised and when collected the guy was friendly polite and affable. I would definitely recommend the branch in Sainsbury Warrington.
