New front door keys, got home and they didn't work, returned on the bank holiday monday and shop was closed (online stated open) returned again a few days later and no fuss - store manager was apologetic and replaced keys using the correct 'blanks'. Still not great keys but with a bit of messing in the lock they do work, can't be bothered going back again.

I can't speak highly enough of Ste! I was so disappointed when I went to my local store in Widnes and found out he wasn?t there anymore. The others at the store there couldn?t help with fixing my bag. I finally found him in Warrington, and he was just as brilliant as before! Ste is incredibly clever, obliging, and all-round excellent. He fixed my briefcase lock and even refused a tip, which just shows how humble and dedicated he is to his work and has enormous integrity. He even shined up the metal on the buckle! I'm beyond thankful to have found him again ? truly THE best Timpsons have, and I've been using them a long time!

Steve at the golden square branch in warrington was recommended to me for a watch repair by his colleagues from two other locations.
So I waited a week for him to come back from holiday, then went to consult with him about my broken dive watch. (Dial feet broken off)
Not only did he effortlessly repair the watch, he also comes across as a really nice guy who genuinely wants to help.
I'd worn and used this diving watch for around 30 years and was mortified when it broke.

I went this afternoon to fix my belt that i got as a gift last year, the belt was falling apart and the screw didn't want to hold it anymore, so i came here to give it a last try before i bin it
The guy was very positive and happy and he tried to explain to me what's wrong with it, and then he sorted out for me and it looked brand new!
Definitely coming again!

Website states they can simply cut a car key, the guy was upselling me the transponder programming, which I don't need and will not pay for. Asked again, he refused to simply cut the key and insisted I need to pay for the programming too. Awful, would give zero stars, but only 1 is possible. Shame on you guys...

Great service as expected from timpsons. Battery for life scheme is great as well. 3rd watch battery we?ve had in the scheme since we paid the one off fee.

Very horrible rude man, didn?t even give me a second to get my keys that I wanted cutting out of my bag while he was sat shaking his head then gave me a horrible attitude when I struggled to take the key off the key ring. Paying for a service, you?re not doing me a favour, get some manners.
