New front door keys, got home and they didn't work, returned on the bank holiday monday and shop was closed (online stated open) returned again a few days later and no fuss - store manager was apologetic and replaced keys using the correct 'blanks'. Still not great keys but with a bit of messing in the lock they do work,...
