“Ordered floor tiles from here and was told by the guy in store they would be here in store in a couple of days however after calling the store a couple of days later I spoke to a Young girl 'Amber' who was extremely apologetic but said the tiles had been ordered even though they where out of stock and unfortunately would only be in stock at the end of the month. After offering me many alternatives with the same great discount I decided to go ahead with the original order and wait. I was kept well informed and updated by Amber on the progress of my order until they arrived in the store a month later however on collection the wrong tiles had been sent from the warehouse and had to be changed. The issue was sorted out very quickly by Amber and the correct ties arrived the very next day. To sum up great product (finally) , ,great price , but most importantly Top Customer Service from Amber and a great asset to the business??”
