I was having trouble dealing with three telephone customer services who seemed unwilling to help. I went into the Warrington store to cancel my order.I was greeted by Nathan. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. I wish the telephone staff were a quarter as good as Natha .
The 5 stars are for him . He made me keep my contract. Well done to him ?

Had great service from Claire when I bought my new phone a few weeks ago and entire process has gone very smoothly, including trading in my old phone and have just received the free gift from Samsung (I'm enjoying the new watch and buds!). I found Claire to be very friendly, helpful and honest.
