Was red hot inside. Makes it abit stressful with kids. The lady at customer service said it had been broken for the last 5 years l, so it won't be fixed anytime soon. Its a shame alot of the outlets for the range a very rundown.

Was shocked to how I got treated and spoken too today by one of the members of staff behind the till (very ruff looking and sounding) I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude also he didn?t even want to know what I had to say terrible customer service I never leave reviews but how badly I got spoken to I thought I would today safe to say I will never be returning to this store I will go another out of town if needed

Staff are all grumpy and unhelpful went to ask a question after finding something in the store didn't even want to come to the product wanted me to go take a photo and go back so they could carry on there convo Won't shop there again for sure
