Had my nails and a pedicure this morning, fantastic service and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, Tiffany offered lots of advice as l don't usually have my nails done but l think l will have them once a month now. Would highly recommend to anyone

One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Holly was fantastic, very welcoming and friendly, I felt comfortable quickly. The massage itself was just the right pressure for me, extremely relaxing and just what I needed. The aesthetic of the whole place is gorgeous, and a nice iced water and little compot of icecream afterward was such a nice touch to finish a wonderful experience. Ill definitely be back and recommending to family & friends

1star is too much, I was bought a gift voucher off my friend, few times I had tried to book in but was busy on the days I wanted then I for got about the voucher, so I called again 2 weeks ago and booked in the girl on the phone booked me in the wrong day,as I confirmed the day and time to witch she replied oh sorry I had booked you in on the wrong day rebooked to the day I wanted, the day a arrived to have my treatment I turned up to the spa on knutsford road to be turned away and said your not booked in this salon your booked in our sister Salon witch I didn?t no they had 2 salons, (being new customer)so went to the salon on Manchester road had my treatment went to pay with the voucher and was told they can?t accept the voucher as this is for the other salon hadn?t brought my purse as I had my voucher, they said call when you get home, absolutely appalling as it?s the same company! After calling the salon explains all this that had gone on I asked to speak to the manager! Manger called me back and her attitude well let?s just say as a business owner wow! I was made out to be thick! Like I should of known that she has 2 business and they are both different company?s! And I should read my emails where I had booked in and that this has never happened before, well I?m sorry I was new to your business and turned up to the salon I I thought the girl had booked me in, didn?t say on the phone what one I had booked in. So in the end I said I?m happy to pay the difference in the treatment but I?m not paying for the full treatment as I have a voucher, I was told never to return to her shops not that I would anyway, would not recommend this salon to anyone

Poor job, grit under the final coat, smudges on nails, within the first week two nails snapped with no cause despite having the builder gel. after paying £42 for the experience the owners refused to put right the issues and I had to pay another salon to correct all the issues.Service: Manicure

First time visiting The Little Beauty Spa - 5/5 incredible little place. Booked a facial via the app which was easy and straightforward. Was greeted at the spa by Jo who carried out my facial. Environment was welcoming and clean. Facial was relaxing and my skin was glowing for the rest of the day. Looking forward to my next visit.
