Not me personally however I've just witnessed a poor woman with a young child in the Warrington store who was served by someone called Elizabeth treated the customer absolutely appalling first off claiming she had already collected her parcel and then eventually waving the gift around in front of her little boy (after a request it be bagged as it's a gift) and saying oh it's not my problem if he knows we're it's from Totally disgraceful behaviour from staff.
