Friday peak shopping time & only 2 out of a long line of tills open. Spent more time queuing to pay than I did shopping. Manager quoted staff shortages but was sat in his office instead of helping out. Staff are generally good & helpful but cutbacks are taking their toll at this store.

I know they can be a little more expensive than others, but the different items on the shelf, draw me in. And the shelves are never empty, regardless of time. The only drawback, is that the people picking for delivery items. THERE ALWAYS IN THE WAY. ? But apart from that, you can always have a coffee, whilst waiting for it to go a little quieter ?

A massive supermarket near to plenty of transport links, it's about a 5 minute walk from Warrington Central Station, and there's a bus stop outside, as well as a huge car park which is free to use and has a couple of Pod Point charge points.
The shop itself is like most others, only bigger. Has everything you'd expect from a Tesco. There's also a key cutting place outside.
Staff are friendly and there's a load of self check-out tills. There's a pharmacy and phone shop and a huge clothing shop too.

I did my shopping at Tesco today (on a busy Sunday, which usually leaves me feeling stressed), but I had such a lovely experience thanks to the wonderful lady at the till. Her name tag said Susan, and she truly made my day! I wasn?t feeling my best, but she went out of her way to ask how I was doing. She didn?t rush me while I packed my shopping, and her warm, friendly manner made a world of difference. Exceptional customer service like that genuinely stands out .. So thank you, Susan, for turning a stressful shop into a positive experience! Service with a smile goes a long way ??

Every time I order a big breakfast the fried eggs are rock hard. I even tried ordering the poached eggs but the are equally as rock hard. On one occasion I sent the eggs back and asked for soft yolks which were fine but who?s going to want to complain every time they visit the cafe? So I?ve spent my last £60 today on the Tesco breakfasts for me and my family who also had rock hard eggs.

There are so many rude staff in this Tesco and they are not very helpful and they like to walk into you and don?t apologise and Widnes Tesco is the same too, even the cafe isn?t great anymore and the toilets are rank!!

What is it with this place and employing staff that do everything in slow motion. Check out staff are sooo slow.. Really frustrating.. Also I feel like I'm in A&E as most of the checkout staff are still wearing face masks..

Tesco is a reliable supermarket with a great selection of products. The fresh produce is usually good quality, and I love the variety?whether I need groceries, toiletries, or even clothes, Tesco has it all in one place.
One of the best things is the Clubcard discounts?they really make a difference, especially with the rising cost of food. I?ve saved a lot over time just by using the Clubcard. The self-checkouts are convenient, friendly staff.
I really like fresh fruits and flowers from Tesco.even all bakery items are good
Overall, Tesco is a good supermarket with fair prices and plenty of choice. It?s not the cheapest option, but the quality and convenience keep me coming back.
