Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. In particular there is one lady who works there - has her dark hair tied back in a bun - that was so awfully rude to me that I lost my temper, which I never normally do. In the que I watched on as she treated everyone else with absolute disrespect as well ad myself. A woman that rude should not be working a job where interacting with people, especially ill people, is important.
I have never, ever been called a liar before, especially for no reason and I still don't understand why she felt the need to do so.
The pharmacist barely popped his head up from behind the back, and the rest of the staff seemed to be in the back somewhere having a good laugh about something. Perhaps one of them could join the till service and maybe the que wouldn't get to ridiculous lengths. I would never go back there, not even if my arm was hanging on by a thread and they had the only cure. I would literally rather be armless.
It has also put me off shopping in that particular Tesco

No wonder this pharmacy gets such terrible reviews. All the staff look haggard and annoyed , clearly their lack of enthusiasm shows in how they deal with customers , rude , think they are better than everyon. I even heard one sigh and complain about having to do their job as i approached. They were extremely rude to my pregnant fiancé going as far as calling her a liar !!! Too cowardly to give me their names , my fiance who ususlly the nicest most polite person i know was so upset she gave them a piece of her mind ... not that i think they cared enough to listen , whoever is in charge there i hope you take some of the critisism on board , and dont even get me started on the actual pharmacist . Most pharmacies the pharmacist actually cares and wants to help , this guy seems to care more about hos appearance and hiding in the back shying away from work. I rareoy review but to upset a pregnant woman and call her a liar is despicable .... awful people - oh and to echo the sentiments of all the other bad reviews yes the staff are lazy and useless as they hide in the back chatting away

I have been ringing this chemist since yesterday but unfortunately nobody's picking up so went over while two of the staff are happily chatting away in clear view whilst doing absolutely nothing . Eventually someone came from the back to assist me . My perscription has been with them since Tuesday and still not ready Friday. But for a fair review they did then do it within the hour . There needs to be a massive shake up at this pharmacy they purposely leave you waiting whilst they are having a good natter . My final two words would have to be "Do better "

I had planned on leaving a 1 star review after my recent visit, however on reflection i have received very good service from this pharmacy in the past.
Very unhelpful borderline rude. I said I should have 2 items to collect,
Have you had a text...... no
When did they come over..... 1 about 2 weeks ago one this morning.
We need 24hrs to do a presentation (not much help if you need urgent medication)
I asked if this was the case when it was needed urgently, she simply offered to give me the prescription to take else where.
Another lady came along while I waited, so I asked her if they no longer did acute prescriptions she said that they did! However looked embarrassed when she realised why I had asked.
There is no need to be so rude and unhelpful. If you don't like your job when your in a customer facing role just leave!!

Terrible ignorant staff who just want to gossip. Behind the counter. Hint hint it is soundproof. We can hear it all. Only use it because it convenient to me and it's open late. Otherwise I would have binned you off ages ago. Absolutely terrible non existent customer service.

Shocking!!!! Prescription sent over to tesco yesterday morning I've waited until the following day in the Afternoon as now got no medication left as it was due yesterday only to be told by the chemist I have to wait for a bloody text message!! I was standing by the counter with the bar codes for each item!! But no in rude manner it's not ready yet you need to wait for a text message!!! Shocking is the only word I'm allowed to use

Not a very good Pharmacy at all always missing my prescriptions when given to me, and once I have had someone else's prescription in my bag luckily the main pharmacist spotted this and also suggested I check inside the bag every time. Who the hell are they employing to be capable of distributing incorrect medicines to the wrong people appalling service.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the pharmacy assistant today. There was no-one else at the counter. I am deaf and had prepared a note on my phone explaining my deafness and the cream I needed for my husband. The lady was very off-hand and rude. She read my note but replied quickly and pointed. I did not understand but it turned out she was telling me to look in aisle 28. She made not attempt to help me to understand. When I realised what she was saying, I went to aisle 28. I found a really helpful lady stacking the baby food section. She helped me to look for the cream and even went to check with the pharmacy. When we could not find the cream because it was out of stock, this assistant spoke to my husband on my phone to explain to him. This assistant was surprised at the attitude of the pharmacy assistant.I don't expect special treatment for my deafness but I do feel this assistant needs some deaf awareness training. When I go into my own pharmacy they will write messages onto my phone so I can understand. It is a simple way to help.

Always really quick to prepare prescriptions and they send a text when it's ready to collect. It's open until 9pm each evening except Sunday which is great for us as we work in the day. Great pharmacy.
