Called in tonight and I thought I would try the new foot long peperoni and cheese dipper and was shocked when I got home and saw what I had been given there was just a small amount of ingredients in the middle and the rest was to hard to eat because it had been cooked with nothing inside. See the picture on the menu what I was expecting and what I actually got, i also ordered the subway steak it was ok but not great

After going through the tedious process of making a full footlong and a kids sandwich, I got to the till to be told the free kids meal offer only works with the subway app. I haven't got the app installed on my phone and the phone reception in the shop is really poor to install the app. I was advised by Bradley and Peter to go by the window and install the app while other customers were waiting in the queue. I had another look at the free kids meal offer sticker in the shop window and it doesn't say anywhere you need the app to access the offer (not even on the small print nor subway website-see photo attached).When I challenged this, they insisted I need the app even though it doesn't say on the advert, because these are the rules. I then turned down the order and left. Really disappointing service as they didn't even try to resolve the issue. The sticker with the free kids meal for every footlong bought is still in the window and might mislead other customers in the future. Shame for the wasted food and above all, time.

Been here a few times, when you're in the restraunt and see them making your butty and make sure it's right it's great. They have gone a little stingey with portions sizes especially if it's delivered. The staff are ok, new staff all the time some happy and some clearly not! Some staff take care when making the food, others don't. If you have it delivered then the fillings will probably be wrong, it's rarely right. I didn't ask for a certain filling because I have reactions to it and surprise surprise.... it was on my butty and my other half is veggie so couldn't swap. If I do order a subway I make sure it's not from Birchwood, not because of the food but the ability to get the order right.

One of the people who served me and my friend was OK. Although he gave her a foot long when she asked for a 6 inch.My main gripe was with the women who did the salad and the checkout. Her communication skills where poor, as she mumbled alot. That on top of giving me a face of thunder.?This subway just can't seem to get it right in recent years.

They have changed the policy after over a decade such that you are limited to only a few salad/veg items. One used to be able to select whatever they wanted - insane they would remove this.Really poor especially considering you?re spending almost £9 for a sandwich.
