At Subway in Great Sankey Warrington, WA5 3PQ I ordered a breakfast meal and a BMT. NO bacon for the breakfast, no reduction in price and could not substitute a breakfast sausage. Ordered a steak and cheese toasted instead
NO BMT available. Ordered a second steak and cheese. We had the meal sat in the car and the food was cold.
NEVER AGAIN have a Subway. The staff were not at all friendly

Just been in for coffee and the woman who served me was rude and seemed like she had a massive chip on her shoulder there's no need to be like that I know it's raining and miserable outside but come on!

I'm a regular at this Subway branch, often dropping by on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The staff here is incredibly friendly and their customer service is top-notch. The only improvement I could suggest is extending their evening hours since they tend to close a bit early.
