The place is perfectly fine but leaving this review to let people know that the 'car park' if you can call three poorly painted lines on a patched of uneven ground a car park requires you to enter your reg inside the shop. £60 fine for a 10 min stay! Appealed showing I had made a purchase and it got rejected because I hadn't entered my reg and therefore hadn't complied with the terms and conditions as 'clearly' displayed on the 7 foot high sign post. Won't be going back to this subway again just hope the franchise that owns it owns the latchford and birchwood stores or they'll be loosing business daily from the sounds of other reviews.

Went and got myself a sandwich on my lunch break, fast polite service however while I was eating I noticed there were a lot of flies. Ruined my meal.

Leaving a 1 star as I parked on the car park to get a subway and I got a parking fine from CPM. I won't be going to this subway again due to this I'm very disappointed and I will be mentioning this to other people because it's disgusting.

Staff are fantastic. But I've been hit with a £60 parking fine for a 15 minute visit! Disgusting practice, tricking customers on the car park. Even after entering my reg.

Good, friendly little subway. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Gluten free subs are also available for coeliacs. The majority of staff are very good at changing gloves, washing hands and being mindful of cross contamination. Unfortunately it's not always ideal or possible with hands that are handling bread being used to pick out salads etc and the tubs with tuna etc have spreader knives already in them which are used for everybody - this is a shame but a price is celiacs have to pay to have some form of normal food!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free subs are available. Lovely food and the assistant that served me (Imogen) was welcoming, polite, professional and made my visit to this subway restaurant a very pleasant one. She is a definite credit to this restaurant, well done.
