Google showed Saturday opening hours as 8 am...came to see on the door saying opening hours as 0900..came back at 0900 sharp... Door still locked..waited 5 mins..still no signs of anyone inside the shop...will never return..

Very poor from this place, got a delivery they explained to me that food is only ever made when driver arrives driver is 10mins away and my food is already made this is not good as I called them to confirm this and they were so proud of this

As a franchise Subway is always reasonably good for basic sandwiches but the service here is pretty average. Slow to serve, misunderstandings on orders and a frustration on the length of time it takes to complete an order when compared to other Subways.

I had an Uber delivery from this establishment as it was what my daughter wanted for lunch, the food arrived cold and wet, something had leaked all over the sandwiches so they we?re soggy and no salad In mine when I wanted all salad, I complained to no avail!, they didn?t offer to either replace the meal or refund it!!! Shocking

I didn't actually get a subway meal, I popped in on a Sunday morning, and was advised "I wont be a minute " so I patiently waited for around 5 mins. Then I sat down for a further 1-2 mins before deciding I didn't want to wait and advised the staff I may come back later. To witch I got the response "OK sorry I have a £40 uber order to do"
Usually I wouldn't complain here but I felt this could have been avoided with the initial "I wont be a minute" replaced with a more useful "Ill be 10 mins"

Manager here is a really nice guy. He makes sure his staff are well trained and keeps the place running smooth. The food in my opinion is excellent and probably the best I've tasted in a subway

Young staff in here are very lovely and helpful. Sandwiches are always very nice
