Popped in for a coffee. Seating area unclean. Tables dirty, seats dirty with stains & crumbs of food stuck in edges of seats. Floor doesn?t look like it?s been touched for days. Toilet just the same as everywhere else. Wasn?t particularly busy, so no excuse. ?

Starbucks coffee has gone down hill . The taste isnt as nice and they don't use barista's anymore. Its just a coffee machine that a child could use and the flavour is awful

Very disappointed with this place. Apparently they are no longer dog friendly, although I only wanted to sit outside with my dog. They no longer provide dog bowls and I was told by the member of staff serving Mr that they're no longer dog friendly. Could not get water for my dog after stopping off after a long walk. I definitely will not be returning here in future. Staff rude, couldn't even manage a smile and never got asked what size drink I would like, just assumed by staff

Was OK. You ordered, you ate & drank. The service was fine, as was the food. Nothing special. We just stopped in for a quick bite before an interview for my daughter. Found it expensive for what it is.

I was served today by James! Brilliant customer service and had a smile on his face the entire time! Nothing was to much for him despite my complicated order! All the staff were lovely! Wonderful team and will definitely be returning! ?
