Best Flat White I have tasted in Years at Starbucks at Village Hotel. It was that good I asked the Ladies name. It?s Liz. Trust me if you really like a Flat white with a good caffeine kick and the milk and Latte art perfect. Come to this place. 10/10 Liz. Take a bow Liz ???

Really upset the lady was on her phone the full time then complaining about how she could not be bothered today on top of that when she finally served me I asked about a product and she replied with ?do you not no what that is ? poor staffer

Focus on making decent drinks instead of writing silly notes on the bags. Two frappucinos that are essentially tasteless crushed ice.

Ordered for delivery and got a caramel Frappuccino with coffee, It came and had no coffee or caramel it?s just milk and I?m unable to drink it because of how disgusting it is!

I was very impressed by the attention and service given, especially by Liz and Charlie. I asked a few questions regarding the hotel and surrounds and nothing was too much hassle for them to answer.

Perfect little spot for a quick coffee and a tasty treat. I often pop in for a quick catch up over coffee with my friend?.Charlie and team are always friendly, welcoming and lovely. I especially have to mention Lizzy ? always ready to greet you with a smile and great advice as to which beverage to try ? even though sometimes I just have a traditional cuppa ! Keep up the good work ? perfect spot to take time out on a busy day xx

SUE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR TEAM Can I just say what a credit to ur team she is. Amazing customer service, she helped me choose my first ever starbucks as I didn't know what I wanted helped explain everything and was so nice and chatty. Truly one amazing lady and will definitely be coming again even if it is just for this lovely lady to serve me again what a credit she is a true star

Went a bit out of the way to get here as there are none by my area. Service was pretty average but the barista obviously wasn't sure about the drink I asked about. I asked if the Matcha latte was sweet on its own or not and she advised it was so I opted to not get any syrups or sugar packets and left before trying it as it was far too hot.. it was as bitter as anything and had to wait til I got home to add some sugar to it and even then it was still rather bitter. Matcha is one of my favourite hot drinks so I'm pretty sure they made it too hot which is why it tasted so awful but I don't think I'll be back to this Starbucks.Parking: As the business is located inside of a hotel there are plenty of parking spaces but it was quite full when I went. There are maybe 100+ spaces and around 15 were still empty when I visited.

I?ve visited twice a week since last Sept at lunchtime as I work locally Charlie is my regular server - remembers my name and my order and has some of the best customer service skills I?ve seen in a long time We watched him today and he has fabulous reactions with all customers - he?s a credit to the Starbucks name
