Get my drink wrong every single time. Wouldn?t take 2 seconds to repeat the order to check. I?m sick of having a wrong drink. Asked for iced chai with oat milk and got it with semi skimmed milk, I have an allergy. Won?t be returning.

Terrible visit to one of my favourite coffee chains,
Had to repeat the order several times through the drive thru intercom, only to have a long wait before receiving our drinks, and then to find out while on the motorway the drinks were wrong who the Hell drinks egg nog Lattes.

Order came out bit by bit over the course of nearly 10 mins. Coffee's were tepid, staff couldnt even be bothered to do the latte art on the flat whites - the milk had just been sloshed in there. Had to go back twice to chase up a warm chocolate twist. My cake slice was stale. Staff looked bored and uninterested in delivering a good service.

The building and interior is without personality. Drinks fine. Food good. Service was poor, not owing to staff, but app allowing customers to order items not available and there appears to be nothing that can be done about it. The staff can't refund this either but will switch out the item for another which is appreciated. Tables appear to be left uncleaned and customers join in the fun by maximising the mess they leave behind. If u want coffee somewhere with personality and clean tables, i would avoid, but if you want decent coffee, stick tables, a disgusted coffee cup, and reasonable service this place is just fine for that

Awful! The brunette lady making coffee would throw it at you if she could, that's how rude she is. Worst customer service ever! Avoid if yiu can!

Think the staff could do with more training. The made us the wrong drinks and the wrong sizes. And they forgot the muffin we ordered. Its not the first time this has happened. I get people make mistakes but its nearly everytime we go. please just train the staff.
