The staff were in a bad mood and the iced frappe is horrible it?s just like coloured water loaded with ice and no option to pay cash.

Always good coffee but disappointed that the vegan options are declining especially as there is a lot more choice in Europe. Be good to have more dairy and gluten free options.

I'm not happy at all. I asked for iced drink, on poster it was in glass, and in store( staying in) coffe it was served in plastic cup. When challenged store manager she stated "glass is only on posters- cold drinks are served in plastic only". If I would like to drink from plastic cup I could buy iced coffe from any store for less.
