Had to return trainers as my orthotics didn't fit. I had lost receipt so wasn't holding out much hope in being able to do so.
Aidan was very helpful and eventually sorted it for me. I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.
