I was followed around the shop like I was some criminal. Dispite paying and it being shouted over the radio (yes I heard that too) I'd paid they still had 2 members of staff ready to jump on me. Horrible experience and just uncalled for I get it people shoplift but it's not everyone Far to over the top.

Disgraceful with a no refund policy even for tourists like us. The lady told me that this was the case in many stores nowadays - however this was the case for us! Kept calling me ?lovey? and never listened or even looked at my case!

Had what we needed but awful customer service.
No friendly staff, all miserable, the larger lady who looked like a TL was staring at me and my partner and blunt when asked about the fitting rooms.
Felt unwelcome and will avoid this store if possible in the future.

Riverside retail park sports direct .
Visited Friday evening to purchase some winter boots ....probably the most helpful sportsdirect store i have ever been into staff were excellent,friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble .
Next time I need sports direct I will travel to use this one .

Very poor customer service I asked two members of staff to help me to find some t shirts and a jumper one. Gave me vauge directions. I found the t shirts myself and I asked the second member of staff a young lad where's your It was Slazengerjumpers his reply was very worrying he said that he didn't know so I had to find them by myself again. The customer service needs to be addressed and fast

If I could give 0 starts I would. Very poor costumer service and very rude staff. Felt very unwelcomed in the store. I went to 5 different members of staff to get my shoe size and every single one of them was "busy" bare in mind one of them where picking their nails at the cashier. The othr one shouting from upstairs that someone will come. After 20 minutes a guy came and told us that there is size in the storage room but we should go upstairs to have a look on the shelf as he is very buys. Of course there wasn't my size. I kindly asked a lady who didn't give a dime and just threw the shoe back on the shelf. When the guy brought 3 boxes of shoes upstairs he just threw them on the floor and said "Here have a look"View less

So apparently getting a name and number on a football shirt is on a similar level to brain surgery. Well, you would think so after dealing with the brain dead chav girl I had to misfortune of speaking to in this store.Luckily the Widnes store were more helpful
