Upon receiving our new sofa we noticed some issues that we pointed out to the delivery driver at once. A technical was sent to our address who actually caused more problems by creating a very visible ridge on the headrest by thumping it with his fist trying to "fluff" the flat under padded cushion. This sofa is five days old and I wish I could upload to this site pictures of the state of this brand new sofa. We have been informed this morning that sofology are only prepared as a "gesture of good will" to repair the damage the technical did to the sofa. I wish I could upload the reply we have had from sofology customer care. It seems to me that as long as the sofa is for to sit on, then to them it is fit for purpose and they care nothing about how poorly it has been finished or if one side of the sofa doesn't match up to the other side and if it's not symmetrical. I bough British rather than buy something that was manufactured abroad..Big Mistake!!! The sofa I purchased was the Ezra two seater and three seater sofas.

Please do not waste your money here go elsewhere. We purchased a sofa from this store in Feb 2023. It was a 4 seater sofa coding more than £4K. We also took out the extra insurance also. Well In August one side of the sofa cushions looked to be sagging so when we were sat on the sofa people at one end were low down and people at the other end were higher up. It didn?t look right. We called the store and they said they would send someone out. The guy came out and inspected the sofa and told is there was definitely a problem with it and he would get all new cushions sent out. Waited a few weeks and after hearing nothing we called the store only to be told the guy who came out submitted his report saying there was nothing wrong with the sofa and close the claim. He basically lied to our faces and told the shop there was nothing wrong with it. So we?re stuck with a couch we are going to have to replace shortly for another one. Our last sofa we purchased was from DFS and we had it 10 years and it was still as good as the day we bought it when we gave it away when we got our new one from sofology.Honestly think twice about spending your hard earned money here. The customer service when buying the sofa is great they really do make a fuss over you and look after you but the aftercare is non existent. BEWARE!!!

Poor customer experience from start to finish from a company unwilling to help despite misinformation from them in the beginning.We ordered a sofa and paid our deposit in the Warrington store on the basis that we would inform them when to place the order due to uncertainty of the completion of our new build property. Unbeknown to us Sofology processed our order and set a delivery which we were unable to take.When we highlighted their error to them we initially got told that we could cancel our order and re-order however when we spoke to their customer care team we were then informed we couldn?t do this and we were again misadvised. They then agreed to hold for a couple of months despite us not knowing our move in date and based on an estimation. At first we were reluctant to hold due to possible damage however we were re-assured that the goods would be safe from damage as they were on their own rack.After holding for a 2 months, Kimberley then advised they couldn?t hold any longer as it was against their terms and conditions to hold longer than 7 days, despite them agreeing to hold longer than 7 days due to their initial error - which contradicted their own terms and conditions they were holding against us. Kimberley also said that one of the many reasons they couldn?t store any longer was the risk of damage, which again was a contradiction to what we had previously been told.This scenario was not borne of our doing but due to misadvising us when we were in store and, as customers, we have been informed differently on each conversation (depending on who we spoke to - we have dealt with Olivia, Jodie and Kimberley).Due to our poor treatment, contradictions and inability to help us, we have had little option but to cancel which Kimberley advised would mean us losing our deposit.We?re not happy at all but have no other choice. A very bad experience.

Sofa was delivered. The installation guys split paint on it - they admitted to it and cleaned the sofa while they were still here but after they had gone I noticed numerous other paint stains that had now dried and would not come off even with the cleaning kit. Now I am left with a brand new sofa (not cheap!) covered in paint stains. The customer service over the phone was disgusting. So unhelpful and rude and couldn?t care less. Would have given these 0 stars if possible - shockingly bad service and will not use for anything in the future. Not to mention the cleaning kit they sent me wasn?t even sofology branded and was completely bashed and battered in the box. They said they would send me a new cleaning kit after I initially complained? but that was months ago and I am yet to receive anything. Not surprising as they seem incapable of providing good service.

When my sofa was delivered the delivery crew tried to showed me how does the leg and head comes and goes up and down but the head came out a bit and stopped moving. We saw the cable was damaged. I called the sofology and they ordered new set of cables. I received the parcel and an email from sofology to book a technician to fix my sofa. But when I called the sofology they simply say. "You can do it yourself". Compare to the price I paid for the sofa I felt I'm unvalued. How you can treat your customers like that. It's disgusting. I don't recommend this place to get any furniture. I'm very unhappy about this service. I was explained when I bought my sofa I can get guarantee for my sofa. Is it? Fix it for yourself?!I can't relax in my sofa because it's not working even I cannot sit in it because the position of the head.

To get answers from your item, yo MUST go to shop. Impossible to get any answer from phone. Them wrong delivery date. Paid man with a van, booked slot in recycling centre, and sofa didn't was on the shop.

Amazing time in store, staff was so helpful. Loads of good deals upstairs. Will definitely be coming back for my next sofa. Can?t wait for my brand new couch!

**ONLINE ORDER**Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we have received from Sofology.On 03/07/2022 I ordered the following from you:Majestic 2 Seater Sofa - Plain TruffleMajestic Chair - TruffleMajestic Large Storage Footstool - TruffleIt has now been over 15 weeks with still no idea as to when we will receive them.When we initially contacted you to find out where they were, the updated delivery date we received was 16th September, however, I was not informed of these delays until I had contacted your customer service team to see where it was.We have now contacted you a number of times and have been told that the issue is due to a missing chair which no one can locate. This has now been an ongoing issue for a number of weeks and is apparently the reason why our items haven't been delivered. No one has ever bothered to contact us about the delays and issues with the chair. It has constantly been myself calling you to find out what's happening. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.We are having to sit on our broken sofas and have no clue as to when we should receive them. We were supposed to hear back from someone today as to the whereabouts and expected date of delivery and I have heard nothing.I am shocked that we have had such a bad experience with Sofology as we were excited to purchase from your company having had such a lovely experience with the salesman in the Stoke showroom we visited.I would very much appreciate a date as to when we can expect the sofa, chair, and footstool, even if this means delivering the sofa and footstool first and waiting for the chair to arrive later. DON?T BUY FROM HERE
Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also.

Carol Smallwood in customer services has offered no help. Sofashield insurance sold to me as comprehensive and hassle free at 10% of the cost of the furniture is not worth the paper is written on. When I have tried to claim, an automated response says I?m not covered. The evidence I have provided to the contrary, on more than one occasion is ignored. I am shocked at how comfortable they are about post sales support. What a joke!

Very poor quality sofa. You buy the sofa shield cover which is absolutely pointless. Won?t come and repair my sofa. Staff in the shop a liars. I will make sure I come and stand outside your shop and warn any potential customers. I won?t leave until I?ve stopped at least 100 people buying sofas and I?ll make sure they see copies of the agreement and the state of the sofa they sold us.
