Service not great today, I waited 15 minutes then eventually walked out with nothing. It won't stop me going back as I've never had any issues in the past. Everyone has bad days now and aging

Very good builders warehouse you can find most things to improve a home. I went in today to return some items, the manager said he hates doing refunds so I should go to desk 3, HE WAS WATCHING FOOTBALL with his arms crossed. I have purchased some bagged items 3 days ago and as the owner changed their mind I didn't need the amount of materials I have already purchased. I wasn't sure on the bagged items return policy, so I thought I could get it refunded after 3 days. I have made sure the lady at the desk knew that I didn't open/damage the bags nor stored it in an inappropriate place where "it could've expired in the space of 3 days" (as the manager said in a raised tone) She got the manager so he can explain to me and I find it horrible that he spoke to me in a raised tone of voice when I was simply unsure about their returns policy on bagged items. Horrible costumer service today, very rude manager.

Absolutely terrible, forget about ordering for the day when you actually need something, delivery is allocated randomly without consideration of what customer request when placing order!
