If I could give less than one star I would.The sofas we have purchased have defects that have appeared less than two years after delivery.Now they want to charge £75 to inspect said defective sofas.Terrible customer service.

Ordered 2 settees here in December which were delivered, as promised, before Christmas. Very impressed with Raymond who helped me decide which ones. Very enthusiastic and a great ambassador for the company. If only all companies had a Raymond. First class experience and I?m very pleased with my choice.

WOW what a shop, what a company. My wife and I went into this shop and saw a dining room table/ chairs and matching sideboard. We were the only two in the shop apart from two members of staff, at least I think that they were staff?. I asked for sizes as one does and was told that they would email me brochures with sizes on so I gave them my email address. It took nearly 24hrs to arrive but there were no brochures or sizes. So I thought that I might give them a call?.WRONG. TRY TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM?..IMPOSSIBLE. So if you have any issues from being able to buy something in the first place then think again. Nicole?you were the only person that I felt was going to help me buy something from your shop, thankfully you didn?t help and I will try a proper shop now.

I have tried every which way to contact the Warrington Store...impossible!! Why??? I kept getting a Sunderland number and still could not get through. Why??? There are faults with my new sofa.The gliders have not been put on the sofa. The sofa was not put together properly. The cover at the back of the sofa was not put in place. When sat on the sofa the seat slopes to the right. The wrong information regarding the recliner was given in store. Not good enough...really not good enough!!
