And collect expecting to collect same day 24 hrs later still no sms to say there are ready last time I use screw fix could have got them from wickes same day website should say if they are in stock at the branch requires website updating service rubbish

I'm so sorry for the previous 1 star rating, while working today i've accidentally tapped on something that has left a 1 star rating. I can only apologise for this as this wasn't intended. I have always been happy with the service received from all members of staff and will continue to use screwfix as my "go to" place for all our business materials.

Fast, clean and taking COVID precautions seriously.
The staff were polite and quick to serve. They alcohol gelled their hands between each customer. The screen is fantastic if and keeps customers apart.
Product selection is good and the prices are better than many places.
The quality of product tends to be good which is more than I can say for a lot of Amazon nuts, bolts, inserts etc...
Would recommend.
Update: Went in for plumbing supplies but couldn't remember the name of the product. They humoured my poor description and worked it out. :-)

I came to the warrington branch to pick up a click & coloect order, here was an error with the online service that had occurred when I went to show Kirk screwfix's employee who was serving at the time, he quickly identified what the issue was and without hesitation rang customer service and quickly dealt with the matter with aplomb, his attitude and demeanor were unbelievable and I couldn't have asked for anything more when faced with the situation that had occurred.. Kirks customer service skills were second to none thank you for going the extra mile and effort it was greatly appreciated, top notch..
