I recently had an unfortunate experience with Schuh in Warrington, which I feel compelled to share. During my interaction, I was assisted by a staff member named Dylan. Unfortunately, Dylan was not only rude but also unhelpful, which left a negative impression on me.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the assistance I need. However, Dylan's attitude and lack of professionalism made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. It's clear that Dylan needs to work on his customer service skills if he is to represent Scuh in a positive light. Perhaps he was having a bad day, however I don't expect to be spoken to like that by ANYBODY let alone someone in a service industry. We all have bad days Dylan, let's try and keep it professional going forward please.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve. This experience has certainly made me reconsider doing business with Schuh in the future.

ordered sliders to be delivered to Warrington branch, on sat 10th may and received confirmation of delivery, yet they weren't there and now it's Friday and still not there?? had the payment and no goods!! not happy as I go away on sat...minus sliders

7 months ago I brought a pair of store brand boots from here and now they are starting to fall apart, any kind of shoe should last much longer than that. I will avoid their own branded stuff anytime I go there from now on to avoid buying poor quality shoes.

I recently bought my first pair of crocs and I was greeted by Dylan who is such an amazing sales man!! Customer service from him is 10/10!!! It?s a good job you was closing or I would have bought the whole shop from him!Wish everyone had amazing customer service like Dylan!Will definitely be purchasing from him every time!!

Went to collect an order that I made online - the staff here completely ignored me, even when the store was empty they all went in to the back, effectively refusing to give me what I had already paid for.The very young boy they appear to have managing the place has hired a bunch of teenage girls to work there (who clearly aren't equipped to do so) and you don't have to be particularly clever to figure out why.

Always my first stop for shoes for my children however this is the second summer holidays we've come into the shop and each time my girls have picked school shoes and they haven't had stock. Second choice.... no stock, 3rd choice.... no stock. I understand its the busiest time of the year for school shoes but its not hard to ensure extra stock during busier periods. 6 pairs of shoes unavailable for the second year running. At £60 a pair you think you'd be fighting to keep your customers but we found Shoe HQ opposite Primark were fab and will be going there first from now on.

My partner purchased a pair of ugg boots at the start of December 22 as part of my Christmas present. I wore them on Chrustmas day but noticed later in the day there was a difference in colour so took them back to the shop for advice and hopefully a swap. The shop were unhelpful while they acknowledged the differences between the boots they would not swap them and told me I should have checked them before I wore them. They actually said buy another pair from us and we will discount you 10%. No thank you are you joking. Later on closer inspection I noticed further diffences in the boots the most telling one was that one was made in China and the other in the Philipines. At this point I contacted complaints at Shuh headquarters who were brilliant and asked for me to send the boots back to them so they could be checked by quality control . They responded to me quickly and advised that the boots were from 2 different batches and offered me a refund or a new pair. I accepted a brand new matching pair of boots and they were immediately dispatched. No complaints about that. However due to the humiliation in the shop by the 2 staff members I dealt with I will now take my custom elsewhere, they were both dismissive and completely unhelpful, with hindsight I think surely their supposedly trained eyes would have spotted the fault immediately but instead treated me like an idiot. I have shopped there many times in the past but following that I won't any more.

Good selection but I got back the car to show my daughter her new trainers and there was only 1 in the box, paid the parking so i had to run back through the golden square to get the other shoe, little inconvenience wouldn't stop me from going again
