Staff are absolutely rude!!! Went in with some change to exchange it into £50 cash, the woman who served me was being so horrible and not very understanding and made me feel stupid because I couldn?t count the money properly due to my autism and my dyscalculia. My mum also went in today as her bank card had been stolen, went into the bank today and was served by a brown haired woman asking why her new bank card was taking so long to arrive and she wasn?t very empathetic and was talking down to my mum. Even the customer service on the phone is awful it takes ages to get through and when you don?t understand completely what they?re saying they start treating you with bad attitude.

The way the staff speak to people is disgraceful. They cause stress to customers because they don?t admit when they are wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely shocking.

Warrington Santander is now a shell of a bank, no counter service and one of the cash machines inside not working today.
Instead of having staff just standing there, get the counter back open.
I wont be a customer there for much longer.....Pointless high street bank.

I always have an excellent service in the branch - especially from Jenny. She is such a lovely lady, who is very caring & understanding and has helped me so much with purchasing my first home and is always very helpful when i visit the branch for any finance advice. :)

Went into my local branch in Warrington with a problem with a cash ISA. Jennifer, who dealt with it for me did an outanding job and very patient and reassuring.

We were given an appointment wait time of 2 months to set up a kids account. (Ok not a problem) BUT We arrived at 10:05am for a 10 o clock appointment to be told that the advisor has now seen someone else even though we are the ones with the appointment. No phone call or text to ask if we are running late. Terrible service and I will actively start looking at other accounts elsewhere to move all our family?s interests. No wonder these banks are now all going online Santander needs to move with the times and catch up with the real world. People can arrive late when travelling with a baby and a toddler a bit of leeway would have been great.

You go to use the outside cash machines to deposit a weeks takings and both are broken on a Saturday afternoon. Ridiculous. I don?t want to use the post office or travel to Widnes or Saint Helen?s.

Best bank in Warrington the staff are amazing and Friendly and very very helpful this is how a bank should be run 10/10
