I went on line to register an interest in a dog they are rehoming but found it to be a quite complicated procedure so I actually gave up and decided to ring them instead.

THE OFFICER left a cat trap here for days , completely neglecting the site a d project. It's good I went into the locked garden checked as a cat was inside frightened to death. Then I understood this was common practice amongst RSPCA OFFICERS and this is how MANY MANY of the captured animals die. In dirty neglected... read full comment
