The staff in here are completely ignorant, the pharmacy had one singular person waiting in the seating area, i was stood by the counter for around 15-20 mins being blatantly ignored, pharmacists continued to walk past the counter, chatting amongst themselves, Atleast 3-4 members of staff behind the shelving. Another gentleman came in and was openly saying how ridiculous it is to be waiting that long - yet no one bothered still to come to the counter to which the gentleman had then walked out. Poor service, unlike any pharmacy I?ve been to.

I would say that most of the time pharmacists are unhappy looking or would ignore you, but today I had to deal with someone (my second visit) who appeared as a very content and jolly person) she helped me out really smoothly even agreed to swap quickly with another item, when I had a change of mind. Wow! Keep it up, you made my day!

After initial issues with the repeat prescription and deliveries I can honestly say the service is great. Polite and helpful pharmacy staff, even dropped off my mums meds after hours, and a lovely delivery gentleman. Great job, keep it up. Changes made paid off ?
