Bought my mum a Groupon voucher for Mother?s Day & she?s tried to make contact at least 10 times with no response. Have had to escalate to Groupon. Extremely disappointing.

Just had a pamper package with Caroline ,fantastic value for money ,she was polite and professional a lovely lady who was welcoming and made me feel relaxed, I was there for 1.5 hours was offered a drink on arrival ,then I had a manicure with a good choice of gel colours ,then I went in another room which was clean and relaxing to have my hot stones massage, Caroline was brilliant at getting the knots out of my back then I had a facial which has made my skin really smooth, felt relaxed and chatted as I had my treatments ,will definitely be having future treatments with Caroline, highly recommend a visit to her .

I had a scalp massage and a hot stones massage and facial today, it was amazing! I've been experiencing some shoulder pain and Caroline really focused on this area, I feel the best I have for ages. I was made to feel really comfortable in Caroline's lovely home. I'll definitely be going back soon

I have booked for the second time the pamper spa offer that Caroline has at the moment. I have found that Caroline facilities offer an amazing experience. They are clean, comfortable and relaxing. Caroline, the lady who runs the beauty retreat, has lots of experience in her field. I recommend the stone back massage.and the French gel pedicure and manicure. I've been to Caroline a few times now and she's always very welcoming and very personable. Her hot stone massage is amazing and I truly felt rejuvenated after it!! I?ve just been for my pamper package at Retreat Beauty Warrington. One word?WOW! I started off with an Indian head massage, followed by a hot stone back massage and then a hot stone facial. I?ve been suffering really bad with sciatica these past few weeks and safe to say the hot stones have definitely made a difference. Bought a pamper voucher through Groupon for my Ukrainian guest. It is impossible to contact retreat to book this either by phone or visiting the premises and you can't book on line if you have a voucher. Don't waste your money!! I have reported them as false advertising!!

Lovely experience! Caroline was really welcoming and was great at the manicure that was given. At first I wasn?t sold on going to a salon that was actually a house, however, it was really luxurious and the ambience was very cosy. Would highly recommend!
