Tired old Premier Inn. I arrived 2:45pm and they wanted to charge me £10 to check-in or make me stand in empty reception for 15 minutes. Pedantic and rude receptionist. Not pleasant after I'd driven 3 hours to get there.

Stayed over creamfields with some friends and everyone was so nice and helpful, lovely atmosphere from the staff they genuinely seem like they want to help vs it being a chore. Everything was pristine in the room and The bed was so comfy I swear i would have stolen it if it could fit in my bag ?Special thank you to Holly for helping me figure out how to hold a key the right way around after a very long night ?

Booked a triple family room. On arrival check in was efficient. Only 1 extra bed had been made up in the room so with no fuss they made the extra bed and also added extra cup, towel and glasses as requested. Room tired, tv not working as it should, door stop rubber in bathroom was missing leaving half a rusty piece of metal on the floor which was quite dangerous and shower/bath pull on tap was broken. Did have a nice sleep, probably because we had climbed Snowdon. The Swan restaurant was a complete disaster. Had an evening meal which was at best, terrible and breakfast was quite embarrassing to be fair. On arrival at breakfast the head waitress was quite rude as we hadn?t pre-booked complaining they had 31 pre booked in and many like us hadn?t, bear in mind I am here with my 13 & 15 y/o children. Anyway she showed us to our table where we noticed no pastries, no milk, 50% of cereals out of date! Yes, out of date! When we mentioned the cereals they were quickly taken away, the milk was topped up and regarding the zero pastries she said no more was coming out. I said, well what about customers that just want a continental breakfast? She said, it?s first come first serve. We saw breakfasts being sent back to the kitchen and all the time the staff were sniggering as if this was a common occurrence. When my daughter went to get some juice she heard the same member of staff still complaining about non bookings. This was the most shambolic and disappointing breakfast experience ever in my 150+ stays at a Premier Inn. Never, ever again would I stay at this hotel or eat at The Swan.

Rooms are lovely and clean and the service is brilliant, however there is no lift and no air conditioning, so being there in the hit weather was unbearable for me. I actually checked out feeling quite ill as the room had been too hot to sleep comfortably.
Rooms: Rooms are clean and have everything you would expect from a budget hotel
Food and drinks: Food in the nearby restaurant is lovely, although the service was very slow.

Quite a tired hotel, room I was in was quite worn and bathroom tiles need some TLC but was quiet and staff were helpful.

Expensive rudely woke up 2.30am fire alarm 15 seconds and no apology nothing in the area to eat apart from the pub what had rubbish food

Staff are very good, rooms clean and tidy . We were a group of golfers staying overnight, this morning we had a medical emergency the lady on reception was excellent her assistance was second to none I can't praise her high enough she is a credit to the hotel .

Rooms are starting to look a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. Staff are super helpful and the location is accessible.

Had a horrendous fall climbing in the bath to have a showerHighly polished service !!!!No slip mats in sightHit my head and cut open my browTibia fibia and shoulder were all xrayed at Hospital with proofWhen reported to reception instantlyHolly and Manager suggested I get the injuries looked atNo Accident form or No Accident book was even offered at the hotel !!!!!What customer care or customer duty !!!!Awaiting replies were customer service is a jokeBut Guest Relations replies are either just generic!!!!Or even are they readThere reply ,,,Thankyou for saying you enjoyed your stayWhat !!!!! ????Safety: No Rubber Slip Mats in sight or even at your discretion to use !!!Highly polished slippy bathNo accident book or Accident from evenOffered !!!Duty of care ?.
