Something went missing out of one of my letters I sent to America. And I believe this happened in store. So now I take pictures and videos of everything I put in my mail. I will be watching this very carefully and contacting head office if something happens again I will want a full investigation and will happily see a solicitor.

Although it was not possible for this Post Office branch to renew my driving licence today, the issue with the licensing agency was explained well, with useful information. Thanks John, hopefully I'll be able to return soon with your fifth star.

Not impressed. Went to the post office on my lunch break at 1pm only to be told that I would not be served. Closing over lunch time for staff to have a lunch break is fine but only if you make this known on your websites.

All the staff are really lovely & extremely helpful. You can go in and have a lovely conversation with everyone one of them. They are very knowledgable & are happy to answer all your questions.

I pay in cash and use the post office a lot. Staff are great all 4 of them! Can have a good chat and always a sense of knowing them. I guess if you go with something confusing, unnecessary and time wasting or are impatient etc then staff there may seem a little miffed. Great PO ??

The post office staff are unbelievably rude, almost like they are on community service and hate being there. I now drive to the post office in old hall much better experience.

Really disappointed with the service.Visited during lockdown to send some mail and was told very rudely that it's not essential mail and asked why I would go out to post a birthday card?I appreciated as it wasn't an essential item, however the post office offered no guidelines on these items and I had also popped into the shop (it's a Spar) to do some shopping for basics, like bread and milk.The post office staff paid no attention to the social distancing guidelines in place at this time, yet could mock me for attempting to keep people's spirits up with a card.Definitely not impressed, but it's the closest one and I need their services. Would always drive to the one near Gemini Business Park when possible as their staff are always polite and helpful.

Just posted 2 parcels with â??FRAGILEâ?? tape on them; the lady just threw them in the parcel bag! I mentioned it to the lady and she asked, â??has it got â??fragileâ?? tape on it?â?to which I replied, â??yesâ?. She just shrugged her shoulders.

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. During November and December it can get exceptionaly busy do allow extra time.
Also you can use the main shop counter for stamps during the day and most services after the Post Office has closed .
The Post Office website information is misleading as passport applications cannot be made after 17:30 during the week.
