Shelley is amazing here. She helped me send photographs to Romania today, whilst being super kind to my baby and friendly to me, AND keeping super calm with loads to do in a busy post office and with a big queue. I use this post office often, never had any issues and the staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. I must be a likable person ?

Very rude staff asking an old pensioner to take his wooly hat off in a rude manner wats wrong in being polite no harm in being polite
