The staff are nice and the service is great!! He even helps me to login the pizza express app and free us one mac&cheese! The food is fabulous! Place is clean and cosy. Definitely will come again!

I ordered on Just eat chicken wings which were undercooked and slimey. Pizza with caramelised onion had raw onion instead. Part pizza was missing topping, cold and not even cut into slices. Delivery driver passed it on like football so food was all over the shop. Very very poor.

Staff were so nice to our excited children, letting them get their own menus and chatting with them. All our food was delicious, we will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever,avoid it at all costs,I?m a disabled person and I just found out about too good to go,ordered for me and my family,got there 5 min before the pick up and they cancelled the order in the LAST MINUTE leaving us without food for the evening,this was the worst feeling in my life being treated like that

We arrived 5 minutes before opening and where quickly seated by the server. Honestly one of the best servers i have had the pleasure of meeting, he accommodated us to no end even offering to lower the music volume for our new born upon arrival.

I don?t normally write reviews, however when we first came in we were immediately told it was a 45 + minutes wait due to large parties. The restaurant was at 25/35% capacity with no party larger than 6, upon this we told them we didn?t mind the wait & we could just have a few drinks in the meantime and the hostess told us that was great. After 20 minutes we ended up leaving due to the staff seeming to ignore us, even though we hadn?t even placed a drinks order yet, due to the staff?s incompetence / disregard for customers they had admitted 20 minutes earlier. Terrible service, need to change before their franchises collapse?s, despite the usually great food from other franchise?s, which has kept them going so far.

Can get busy (and delay service) and noisy (groups of youngsters eat here)
Parking: In streets nearby which are very overcrowded

We were given a warm welcome by the pizza express team and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were particularly sweet to our young son who was visiting pizza express for the first time.

Sadly I didn?t catch the name of our waitress but she had blond hair and was so lovely and helpful also keeping us up to date with what was going on. Food was really good and just had a very nice evening
