“After becoming constantly frustrated with my chemist and how unhelpful they are becoming, I called and spoke with the lovely staff at Dallam chemist who have gone above and beyond to help me get my sons ADHD medication, even offering alternative solutions for me, also had other medication that was out of stock but they managed to sauce some for me. “I have switched to this pharmacy now after years of endless trouble with Birchwood Well pharmacy.My first prescription was an urgent one that was sent over same day for antibiotics & strong pain relief- it was late my the time myhusband got there and hadn’t been completed, however the staff were so polite and helpful and got it sorted straight away! Everytime I pop in they always ask how I am, they never rush me and always keep an eye out for me - there has been a couple of times where I've been upset and they've listened to me, expressed their thoughts kindly and suggested how I can feel better. “Edit.... its amazing how 1 person can turn a 1 star review to a 5 star review.
I went into the branch to do the shopping that hadn't been delivered , unwell and frustrated, I paid for my shop and then stopped at the customer service desk on my way out to speak to the manager, the frustration got the better of me and i got upset so i left whilst she was away checking in the Internet order com area, shecame out the car park looking for me, got me to park bavk up and brought me back into the store. She went above and beyond to make sure i left feeling listened to and actually talked me through what has happened. Thank you!! I'm so sorry i didnt get your name **((Ordered express delivery between 12 and 1pm, it didn't arrive but I got an email saying it had been delivered at 1.04 so I called customer service and was told the driver is busy but is on his way, rang back at 1.30, sorry, driver has just collected, it'll be with you by 2, rang at 2.10 was hung up on , rang just now at 2.55 and was told sorry we cancelled your delivery, don't worry, we'll refund it and as a good will gesture we'll refund the price of delivery too! Absolute liars and idiots! Wasted 3 hours waiting for a delivery that wasn't coming! And Hadnt been cancelled and hadnt been refunded***”
