I Never leave reviews however, I visited your shop last night five minutes before closing time, was met with the most helpful young man George, he helped me choose the right product for my puppy with the upmost patience as the shop was about to close, what an absolute credit to your company thank you George

Disappointed by this store, approached by two staff members whilst browsing who blatantly counted products I was holding, implying I was shoplifting.
I politely informed a staff member of such when I came to pay, who laughed in my face. Will not return.

Visited the store on several occasions in a view to setting up a tropical fish tank. As a novice i needed some guidance and on all visits the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially George who took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, he is a credit to your company.

Was looked after by George in relation to a new fish tank and accessories. George was fantastic, he answered all my questions explaining in detail, carried the tank to my car and was smiley and friendly. Great experience thank you George (warrington).
