Extortionate prices!! Around £70 for eye drops. They're terrible when dealing with insurance claims too. Unscrupulous when chasing for money. Prolonged treatment's to make more money.

Outstanding!! I came in yesterday concerned over my pup with constant diarreah. He has just been on antibiotics from the vets but since getting him (now 17 weeks old) he's never had a solid stool and he's on puppy version of my older dogs food.. straight away two amazing staff members came over and gave me some good advice regarding my pup.. recommended this food and nothing was too much trouble.. came home last night, gave django his food and today.. he's had his first solid poo since iv had him. So bloody happy and he's currently bouncing round. So hats off to the staff outstanding advice and highly recommend anyone in a turmoil to pop in to warrington pets at home. Thankyou!!

It's great for some things but not others . Some of the prices are at least 10,% even 15,% higher than orher shops . Oh and don't use the dog Groomer. I took our cockapoo in last year and be came out nearly bald .

I don't really like this vets anymore they did a procedure on my dogs ear cause it had a lump on the inside of the top of it which needed draining they cut it open with no anesthetic drained it n put a small plastic tube in it which I had to remove the stopper In it the cone was way to big for her it has damaged her ear completely it just flops over now it's the nerve they damaged

I don't really like pet shops that sell live animals but I have to say that the animals here look well cared for. I come here to buy supplies for my cat and I can always find what I need and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The service at Pets at home on Winwick Road has been fabulous every time I've been. The staff are very friendly and proactive in checking if you need anything and not in a sales kind of way. Great service, is my go to place now.

I just got my first 2 rats for my 16th and Charlie helped my parents with the experience whilst being so amazing and lovely, when I came today with my parents to spoils my new rats Hannah served me at the counter and was very sweet and helped my save 10%. All together it was a lovely experience!

I always have a great experience at Pets at Home! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable?they?re always on hand to offer advice, whether it?s about food, toys, or pet care.
The store is generally well-stocked with everything my pets need.

We visited today as we are getting a new pup in a few weeks time, we were assisted by the manager Adam, who could not have been more helpful, he went out of his way to ensure he answered all our questions regarding various items we wanted to purchase. He also advised about the puppy socialisation classes they run. We really felt he went the extra mile to make us feel valued.
