Placed order over the phone specifically requested no pork. Pizza arrived with ham and pepperoni. Contacted to complain ,staff have no clue what what ham and pepperoni is. We asked to change our pizza as they got order wrong on what received a reply that we said no pork sausage not just pork. Why would we ask no pork sausage and leave the rest of pork (Ham&Salami) on the pizza. Very disappointing with outcome as we stuck with pizza we can?t eat. Disappointed with service.

Always enjoy the pizza although expensive. We will not be ordering again sadly. Had 2 terrible deliveries since you started using Uber delivery. Both times they cannot find our easy to find house. I get text messages to say that they "have arrived", they are "outside the house". Then you get someone ringing you and they barely speak English. We have to go and collect our pizza from the next street, yes not a massive thing but annoying none the less.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered £55 worth of food for a family birthday, waited an hour with no tracker update.
Rang the store over 10 times to be hung up on every time (at different stages) with an automated voice saying the phone is broken. Eventually went to the store after an hour and half of being ignored and no delivery.
The staff member was hanging the phone up himself as I thought, the food was freezing & no refund was given. Food was also wrong when we unpacked at home. Submitted a complaint online and customer service online are just as bad as the service in store.
Used to order for family birthdays over the years with no problems but this year has been very different, from other reviews this sounds like a staff and training issue.
Will not be ordering again.

This branch seems to have had a recent staff change and its terrible now.
I've been twice since the staff change, first time family had a bad stomach.
Now second (and now last) time going since the change and both have meals have been badly cooked.
Bought 2 portions of chicken poppers and found to be raw after the children ate half and said they taste funny! Hopfully they won't get food poisoning tomorrow!
Won't be going here again. Nore do I advise others too!

Absolute shambles, ordered food at 18:00 then waited 2hrs to be told they couldn't deliver it, after being hung up on several times by thier staff, only got through by with holding my number and still got charged with no refund untill 7 days later, won't be using this place again, domino's delivers in 30 mins

if i could give 0 stars i would i just ordered from here and had to throw everything in the bin safety issues with the food undercooked potato tots on the inside that had brown bits inside and the meat was overcooked and rubber didnt taste at all like meat it all tasted of grease you get from the grease tray thank god uber refunded it first and last time i order from here and they also dont have a food safety rating on uber just be careful when ordering from here

Unfortunately first time I've encountered problems. Order took over 1 and half hours. Called store and told UBER had stolen the pizza. Store assistant was rude and sarky. Won't go back this place seems to struggle with being busy which effects service and quality. Same as I prefer pizza to dominoes. Not spending £30 anymore!
