I went in to buy a present for my wife today. I was asked was I ok t so and did I need any help when I walked into the empty store. I replied that I didn?t and was just having a look around to see what I wanted.
I was then asked again by the next person if I needed any help to the same reply.
I was then asked if I wanted anything taken out.
I was then asked if I needed any help by the same person I had told no. I informed them that I couldn?t decide what to buy as I was being asked to many questions and not left alone.
I?m all for customer service but if someone says no to the person you are working with don?t then ask them also
I then left without buying anything.

I visited the Warrington town centre store with my mum as she was after a new set of rings for her birthday. Olivia was on hand to help and was so attentive and patient in the numerous rings that were tried on?. She was so polite and didn?t rush her even as a slight queue was forming we were made to feel at ease. Thank you!

Hannah has been brilliant with us over the last few days, she has really gone above and beyond to help us.
Firstly she was very helpful and understanding with helping my daughter choose her bracelet and charms.
Secondly Hannah has been very supportive and professional when we need her help the following day.
My daughter is so grateful and happy!

Went to purchase earrings for my granddaughter's birthday which were out of stock, I personally don't shop on line but Luce was a diamond and so patient with me she sorted everything out and also a charm instore for my other grandaughter, as promised they have just arrived in the post. Luce went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything thanks again Luce your a star x

My partner went into the store today to get a charm for her mum. She recieved the best customer service and care I've ever heard of from any company from the staff. Their understanding, empathy and patience was greatly appreciated and my partner will never forget their kindness.

Had a lovely visit to Pandora on sunday where Sofia assisted me in choosing a new set of rings for christmas. She was patient and paid close attention to exactly what I needed. Incredible experience thanks to sofia- will definitely be returning soon!!
