After years of loyal custom, I made one polite complaint about my hair because the junior hairdressers has given me very stripey highlights, they fixed my hair, and i was so lovely to the junior hairdressers because i didnt want her to feel bad. Nothing but pleasantries was exchanged at the time. However the next time I tried to book in, they told me that I wasn't welcome due to me not being happy with my hair last time and complaining! I was so upset and shocked by the unprofessional nature of this banning. I had done nothing to warrant this. It almost feels like high school bullying. Very unprofessional, two faced, nasty people. I recommend you avoid like the plague!Service: Hairstyling

I came and had my hair done for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The lady who did my hair was so lovely. I have rebooked in. My hair was cut and coloured - roots done. She made me feel very welcome and I?ve had lots of compliments on my hair.
