Went into o2 shop today with minor problem told hang on I will get a text when agent available received text so off to the o2 store again only to be kept waiting for agent when you could see them chatting in office so got up told the man don't bother useless customer service as normal they must think people have nothing better to do than wait around in store if I could give 0 stars I would not hesitate shocking service...

Great service from Callum today. Went into O2 Warrington for an upgrade. Nothing was too much trouble and Callum was curtious and professional. Keep up the great work.

My dad had to go into the O2 store in Warrington to sort out a SIM card to replace a lost one. Dad has had a stroke, and the staff took their time with him, gave him time to speak without rushing him, which leaves him very confused. Massive thanks to the staff and their customer service. It made a huge difference and left him a very satisfied customer.

I just dont get this shops was of thinking. Had it just been a 1 off I'd understand it, However try and buy a pay as you go phone in this shop they make it impossible even go as far as saying they dont have them in stock.

Always have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for assistance. Staff are unhappy and impolite. Have visited times and been unable to speak to somebody within half an hour.

The staff in this shop is very unhelpful. I got locked out of my card, They did not even try to discuss any options, just No, after several very long phone calls managed to get sorted

Very poor and rude customer service from both Kelly and assistant manager Jake. Ongoing billing issue due to untrained staff and an unwillingness to resolve or even apologise for the mistake.

Really disappointing.
Went to the store today (19th May, 14:10) to try and end my contract with O2.
I was told by a member of staff that they could not help me and I would have to call despite it literally saying on the O2 website that you can go in-store (as shown in photo below).
Staff really unhelpful and quite rude.
They did not offer to discuss any options with me and only seemed interested in asking if I wanted to upgrade my phone. I assume that's because they make commission from upgrades and wouldn't make anything from helping me end my contract.

Staff very ignorant, it's fine that they're dealing with other customers but they literally don't acknowledge you and then others walk in ahead so they don't even know who they're supposed to serve, they've missed out big sale as I wanted the latest Samsung AI phone on haven't been great anyway so I'll be cancelling and going with EE.

Just spent Hours in store with Kay navigating the minefield that is o2 Customer service - Trying cancel a number that I have never
times eventually we managed to sort it used - She was so patient calling at least 7 times after speaking to numerous unhelpful people. She is a superstar - And thanks to the store manager for the assist too!

Shocking service. Wanted to charge me £449 for a phone advertised as £319 (Google pixel 7a).
When quizzing the assistant I advised it's the same phone. Their response is it's 0%apr... However that isn't 0%apr as it's £130 extra. The manager and assistant didn't have a response why there are two different prices for the same phone. Needless to say a complaint raised to O2 and currently figuring out how to raise to trading standards.
A shame that I went in to upgrade... And they ended up loosing me as a customer. Be very careful on how much they are charging you for a phone as you could be scammed out of £100s of pounds for the same phone.
