I visited the Next Outlet store recently to purchase a piece of furniture I had seen. When I found it on the shop floor, it was missing handles, had a large scratch, a chip, and a stain on the top. I approached the manager to ask if anything could be done about the condition or price. Before even looking at the item, she dismissively said, ?That?s why it?s that price, love.?
I found her tone patronising and unhelpful, especially as I had previously purchased the same item at a lower price directly from Next (not the outlet). I wasn?t expecting perfection, but I did expect basic customer service and a respectful response. Very disappointed with the attitude and experience.

Has plenty of old stock in and, if like me you don't mind last seasons trends, it's worth visiting to get hold of some quality Next clothing. Also has a small homeware department with constantly changing stock. Never seems too busy

Great value for money

I visited around 6pm on a weekday and there was plenty of free parking. There is a parking time limit so be mindful of this. The store had a good fashion clearance range with plenty of sizes. I visited on a click and collect basis which was quick and straight forward so would certainly do that again for any future orders. Staff were pleasant and polite.
