Really bad lots of times missing

Items missing from order, rude staff when called to chase up items. Delivered food cold once missing items arrived. Summer palace asked for food back when we requested refund. Said they could not refund as we ordered through just eat. So I took food back to the shop myself. We ordered from here a few times a week. Never again!

We have used New Summer Palace a number of times and usually the food is good. However, today this was not the case. The ordered was delivered, however an item was missing. Called up and they said they would send the missing item out?.however by the time this arrived, the rest of the food was stone cold. Staff were extremely rude when I rang to complain and were not interested when I asked for a refund, they just wanted the food returning, which we ended up taking back ourselves. We will never order from here again!

Been ordering from here for a while but never again. Ribs fatty, cold and greasy. Beef in garlic and chilli was like shoe leather. Chips lunchtime left overs. Absolutely awful after waiting 45 mins for the meal. Won't be going back.

We order from the summer palace quite often. However we had chips in our order today, which can only be described as awful, looked and tasted awful, were not freshly cooked considering the summer palace had only just opened. More like left overs from the previous day, Have thrown them away because they were a waste of money.

Been using SP for delivery during lockdown, sometimes a luck dip food good, food bad. But decided not use again after a rent solo visit. Seems to make delivery more a priority than a shop customer waited over 25 minute for a fish cake and chips. Not impressed and will not use gain

Always ontime even on bad days around Christmas, bank holiday etc, always consistant good warm food. I?ve had deliverys for 8 years+. Credit where credit is due. I never review but they deserve it. XKid-friendliness: Helpful and pleasant staff. Always reliable.

Second time I've ordered from here and both times, the food has been really nice. Love the chicken wings in OK sauce. Definitely order again .

Prawn toast? Just toast!! 2 hours late?and no prawn at all on the prawn toast! Just fried bread with sesame. Sui Mai had hairs in them and soup was solid from MSG

First time I ordered from here but definitely won't order from here again. Beef and Mushrooms was vile; was gagging the moment I opened the carton and just threw it away. The egg fried rice was tasteless and the salt and pepper chips lacking in salt and pepper. Even the complimentary prawn crackers were meh! As we all know I couldn't post this review without at least selecting one star but zero stars is my real opinion.
