Sadie and Neill provided truly exceptional service that made my day! While my initial online order experience wasn't ideal, their efforts were the absolute highlight.
Even during a busy peak time, Sadie patiently listened to my request and, instead of dismissing it, she consulted manager Neill. Both were incredibly helpful and agreed to call customer service. Sadie then handled the call, sorting everything out efficiently.
Their teamwork, positive attitude, and hard work truly made my day. I specifically asked for their names to write this well-deserved review. Thank you, Sadie and Neill!

A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington.
Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn?t go out of her way enough for me? the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued.
I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn?t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day.

Regrettably, my recent visit to the New Look establishment at Warrington Golden Square was more of an arduous ordeal than a stellar customer experience.The arduous ordeal I was subjected to revolved around having to embark on a fifteen-mile round-trip, all for the sake of securing a just refund which had been denied to my wife and daughters earlier in the day when they attempted to return defective trousers. The reason given was that they were bought at a different branch, and that Warrington did not carry that particular line of clothing. The trousers were bought at a branch some considerable distance away, making it impractical to visit.Undeterred by my family's experience earlier in the day, I took it upon myself to visit the store to secure a refund. The company's in-store returns policy clearly states that goods can be returned to any shop. Armed with knowledge and an understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I made it clear to the store staff that I required them to issue a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I also pointed out that their returns policy permits me to return goods to any store, and that failure to issue a refund would be a breach of my consumer rights.To my profound astonishment, the very individual who had previously brushed aside my wife and daughter's request for a refund was the one I encountered yet again. Unwavering in their obstinacy, this representative clung to an unwarranted stance, insisting the goods must be returned to the store from which they were purchased, despite me being in possession of a receipt containing comprehensive item codes and descriptions.I reiterated the non-negotiable breach of my consumer rights, and unequivocally threatened escalation to the senior leadership team. The repercussions that would inevitably beset the store seemed to work a "miracle," and suddenly my refund materialized.The key takeaway from this painful episode? Inadequately trained management with an astonishingly dismissive "can't do" attitude. These negative traits have no place in retail management and cast a disconcerting shadow over the entire organization.Driven by the sincere hope that others may be spared the ordeal my family and I underwent, I have elevated this matter to the senior leadership. Here's to hoping for remediation and improvement, so that future customers have a better shopping experience.
