Really lovely meal with my family, we came in at 8pm on Tuesday evening. Restaurant was full but staff were still all lovely and food was fast and delicious. Really lovely gentleman working with glasses and black hair, didn?t catch his name sorry. We?ll be back xx

It was absolutely freezing ? asked them to turn the air conditioning down but they said they are not able to. Uncomfortable to sit there I had to move around.

The food is plain and poor quality only disguised by there selection of sauces.
There is no real service literally do 80% of it yourself bar cooking it.
There is no atmosphere.

Always enjoy a Nandos.
Service is usually good in most branches we've visited.
Would like the option of a hot drink.
Always seems to be dark in the toilets, would benefit from upgrading.

Such a good Nando?s we?re never disappointed and the staff are always so lovely and genuine! The only thing that lets it down is the general cleanliness of the seating areas and toilets.

Ordered for delivery.
15 minutes late for a kick off. But traffic happens and I?d have let this slide. Then we find we have pitta but no houmous and we?re missing halloumi after waiting an hour as a group to eat.
Rang customer services and they offered to refund just for the issuing items under these circumstances. I explained that I?d have to leave my food to go out to buy food to make up our order and couldn?t eat with the group so the offer wasn?t satisfactory.
Her bland response was to leave a review so here it is.
Never again from here. Incapable people on every level. I?ll order anywhere but next time
